Build the skills that shape a life.

InPower is a science-informed, real-world program that helps young people understand themselves, navigate challenges, and show up with clarity, confidence, and connection.

InPower is a structured, skill-building experience designed for one of the most important stages of life (ages 15–25)

Because the skills like how to regulate emotions, make decisions,  communicate honestly, and ask for help are not innate. They are learnable.

And they can be practiced.

We don’t just talk about growth.

We build it.

Skills
First

Every session teaches a tool that can be used immediately

Practice
Based

Young people don’t just listen—they apply, reflect, and repeat

Built To
Last

Each session builds on the next—everything compounds over time

InPower is grounded in research and shaped by real-world experience.

Our approach has been informed and advised by experts at The Center for Parent and Teen Communication at CHOP, ensuring that what we teach is aligned with how young people actually grow, think, and develop.

Positive Psychology

Strength-based development that builds confidence, agency, and a sense of possibility.

Neuroscience

Understanding how the brain develops—especially during stress, emotion, and decision-making—so young people can work with their brains, not against them.

Cognitive Flexibility

The ability to shift perspective, think clearly under pressure, and choose responses with intention.

The Power Reset

A simple, repeatable practice that builds awareness and self-regulation in real time.

Knowledge is power, but only when you know how to use it.

InPower helps young people apply what they understand in the moments that matter most:

To pause, regulate, choose with intention, and respond from a place of clarity rather than reaction.

Real growth doesn’t happen in one place.

It happens across a system.

The Individual

The Family

Community

Three programs.

One connected experience.
