WillPower Foundation (“WillPower,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides educational programs, workshops, and online content designed to support emotional resilience, life readiness, and personal development.
By using our website or participating in our programs (including InPower), you agree to the following terms and policies.
2. Educational Purpose
WillPower Foundation and InPower programs are educational in nature.
They are not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention services.
Participation does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or medical relationship.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 immediately.
3. Privacy & Information Collection
We may collect:
- Name, email, phone number
• Mailing address
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)
• Program registration information
• Voluntary feedback or reflections
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; however, no online transmission is fully secure.
4. Confidentiality & Group Participation
We encourage confidentiality in all group settings. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others.
However, WillPower Foundation cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
5. Media Release
Participation in WillPower programs may involve photography, video, or audio recording for educational, promotional, or fundraising purposes.
We will never publicly disclose sensitive personal information without explicit written consent.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know on the intake form or notify us in writing prior to participation.
6. Parent/Guardian Consent
Participants under age 18 must have written parental or guardian consent to participate.
Parents/guardians acknowledge that:
- The program is educational
• It is not therapy
• Emotional topics may be discussed
• They are responsible for seeking professional support if needed
7. Online Participation & Digital Conduct
Participants in virtual or hybrid programs agree:
- Not to record or screenshot sessions
• Not to share login credentials
• To engage respectfully
• To honor community agreements
All digital content is the intellectual property of WillPower Foundation and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, workbooks, videos, branding, and course content are owned by WillPower Foundation.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillPower Foundation is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of our website.
Participation involves voluntary reflection and engagement.
10. Safety & Duty to Report
If a participant expresses imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, WillPower Foundation reserves the right to contact emergency services or a parent/guardian as appropriate.
Participant safety is a priority.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
